Welcome to ProgAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProgAI mobile application ("App") and related services provided by ProgAI ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProgAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProgAI is a fitness and workout tracking application that provides:

• Workout logging and tracking functionality
• AI-powered weight and rep progression recommendations
• Exercise library and workout planning tools
• Progress analytics and statistics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of ProgAI, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

ProgAI offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Free Trial: New users may receive a 7-day free trial of premium features
• Subscription: After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple according to their terms
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: ProgAI is designed to assist with workout tracking and provide general fitness recommendations. However:

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• AI recommendations are suggestions only and may not be suitable for your individual circumstances
• You are solely responsible for ensuring exercises are performed safely and correctly
• We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your workouts

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ProgAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by ProgAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Data

By using ProgAI, you grant us permission to collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your workout data remains your property, and you may request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ProgAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of ProgAI at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of ProgAI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ProgAI at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProgAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
